An unforgettable winter adventure! We kicked off our day at High1 Ski Resort, a true winter paradise.  

It's a massive complex that offers a variety of activities and scenic views, making it the perfect winter getaway. 

The resort, surrounded by snow-covered mountains, offers everything a winter enthusiast could hope for.

We had a blast snow sledding down the slopes, feeling the rush of cold air

 as we glided over the snow. For those who enjoy a bit more action, the resort’s ski slopes 

provided the perfect setting for some skiing fun, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier.

A highlight was the Gondola ride—soaring above the ski slopes, 

we were treated to views of the beautiful snow-capped peaks. The beauty of the mountains, combined 

with the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, made for an unforgettable experience.

Afterward, we headed to the Samcheok Jeongwol Daeboreum Festival, 

a celebration of the first full moon of the lunar calendar. 

The festival, deeply rooted in Korean culture, was full of vibrant energy.

We watched the lighting of the Moon House bonfire, a symbol of burning away bad luck

 for the new year, and joined in the lively folk games like Tug-of-War and Mangwolnori  (Moon Viewing Play). 

The festive atmosphere was so warm, and it was exciting to experience these traditions firsthand.

The combination of cultural rituals and traditional games made it a day to remember.
