We’ll create a simple, personalized guide just for you,
making sure you know exactly what to do
and where to go to get your ski gear with ease.

▶ Personal Guide ◀

Step 1
Head to the ticket office to exchange your voucher
for a gear receipt and your lift pass.

Step 2
Next, go inside the Ski House, where you can pick up ski clothing
and ski or snowboard equipment.

Step 3
Before you get your gear, you’ll need to provide your details: full name, height, and shoe size.
This helps the staff choose the right equipment for you.
You’ll find a shoe size chart and a foot measurement tool
– be sure to take off your shoes for a more accurate measurement!

Step 4
Head to the Ski or Snowboard Rental counter, give the staff your receipt with your details,
and they’ll provide you with your gear along with a card.
 Keep this card safe, as you’ll need to return it along with the gear when you're done.

Step 5
Try on your gear, and if anything needs to be changed,
just let the staff know.
They’ll swap it out for you right away.

Step 6
Place your personal items in the lockers available on the same floor.

Price - 1,000 KRW / Single Use (Two 500 KRW coins per use) 
The locker is 1,000 KRW per use;
if you want to reuse, you must insert 1,000 KRW again.

Step 7
Now you’re ready for your ski lesson!
