Inside each Voucher Book A-SKI customers will find 14 vouchers:
Guide Map, Holiday Inn & Suites Welcome Center, Ski Clothing Rentalsfor 3 Days, Gloves Exchange Coupon,
Doll Exchange Coupon, 3 Days Ski Pass and Gear Rentals, A-Ski Lesson on Day 1,
Intercontinental Hotel Voucher, Welcome Drink at Oxy Lounge, Breakfast Coupon (2 per person),
 Snow Sledge Coupons, Ocean 700 Water Park, Intercontinental Hotel Concierge Desk.

**The Voucher Book should be kept with you at all times, as it is not possible to issue a replacement**

▶Informative Vouchers◀
1. Guide Map (1 x Person)
2. Holiday Inn & Suites Welcome Center (1 x Person) 

If customers get lost, use the Guide Map Voucher to reach your desired destination.
Remember, the drop-off point will also be the pick-up point upon departure.

▶Amenities Vouchers◀
1. Ski Clothing Rentalsfor 3 Days (1 x Person)
2. Gloves Exchange Coupon (1 x Person)
3. Doll Exchange Coupon (1 x Person)
After providing the three tickets to the guide,the guide will give the ski clothing, gloves,
and doll to A-SKI customer.

⚠️Important⚠️
*Ski Clothing will be located inside the Board Room, with the name of the A-SKI customer.
Our guide will assist and deliver the Ski Clothing to the customers.*

▶Ski Vouchers◀
1. 3 Days Ski Pass and Gear Rentals  (1 x Person)
2.  A-Ski Lesson on Day 1  (1 x Person) 
A-SKI customers should exchange the 3 Days Ski Pass and Gear Rentals Voucher in the Ticket Office,
and the A-Ski Lesson on Day 1 should be given to the Alpensia Ski - Snowboard School
before the class start.

⚠️Important⚠️
After exchanging the 3 Days Ski Pass and Gear Rentals Voucher in the Ticket Office,
customers will receive a Receipt and Card Lift that will allow them to enjoy
Ski or Snowboard the 3 Days and 2 Nights. Please take picture after receive them.

After filling out the receipt, customers choose Ski or Snowboard Rental (no changes allowed).
Personnel will exchange the receipt for a card, and provide the Ski boots, and Ski or Snowboard.
Upon finishing, return the card to get the receipt back, and repeat the process each day.

1. Intercontinental Hotel Voucher (1 x Person) 

2. Welcome Drink at Oxy Lounge (1 x Person)

3. Breakfast Coupon (2 x Person) 

⚠️Important⚠️
1. Intercontinental Hotel Check In is after 3pm.
2. Welcome drink could be Americano (Hot/Ice) or Hot Choco (1 x Person)
3. Breakfast is in the Flavours Restaurant at the 1st Floor

▶Activities Vouchers◀
1. Snow Sledge Coupons (1 x Person)
2. Ocean 700 Water Park (1 x Person)

Customers will be able to exchange the Snow Sledge Coupons, and Ocean 700 Water Park in the same
Ticket Office that customers exchange the previous 3 Days Ski Pass and Gear Rentals Voucher.
(Vouchers can't be refunded, even if not used).
