It is finally your time to shine with private ski lessons at Yongpyong Resort!
▶ General information ◀
📅 Availability: Everyday from December to end of February
⌛Duration: 2 hours lessons with 2 time slots available every day:
- Morning: from 10:00AM to 12:00PM
-Afternoon: from 14:00PM to 16:00PM
✅ Package: Half-day (1 lesson) or Full-day (2 lessons) available
⛷️Excluded: lift, snowboard gear, and clothes are not included; please prepare them before hand.
🎫 Ticket: Snowboard lesson date can't be changed after booking.
🛒 Booking: Min. 2 days prior to the lesson on business days
🔁 Numbers of lessons needed: We recommend 3 lessons to feel confident snowboarding on your own, but it is more or less depending on people's abilities.
👥 Instructor: 1 instructor for 2 people max. (2 parents and 1 child [from 6 to 12 years old] possible)
🗣️ Language: English speaking instructors.
🧑🧒 Participants: Lessons are for Adults and Children.
🧒 Age: Lesson available starting from 6 years old child
❌ Lateness: If more than 30min late, the lesson will automatically be cancelled without refund possible

▶ What will you learn during the lesson? ◀
During the 2 hours, you will learn the very basic knowledge of snowboarding.
It will start by learning more about your gear and how to use it.
You will learn how to attach the snowboard and how to take it off.
An important knowledge is to fall in a safe way.
Then, you will master how to move forward and stop yourself, followed by how to turn left and right.
Last but not least, you will be able to handle your snowboard gear and know how to carry it around without struggle!
The next step will be to practice what you learned on the ski slopes with the instructor.
Lift tickets will be needed!

For the snowboard lesson, you need to have:
-Lift ticket
-Snowboard gear
-Clothes

If you need ski clothes rental, you can visit the tourist customer desk in Yongpyong Resort, located in Dragon Valley Hotel,
next to The Chalet restaurant. (1st Floor)
English-speaking staff will help you with your rental booking.
