There are 3 different packages depending on how many days of skiing you would like.

๐ Rental: Ski boots, ski plate, pole or Snowboard also available
๐ฟ Return: Return your gear and lift pass at 5PM on the last day of your package only.

โถ What do I do after booking? โ
Tourist Customer Desk in Yongpyong Resort
Operating hours: 8:30am - 18:00pm
Visit the tourist customer desk located in Dragon Valley Hotel,
next to The Chalet restaurant. (1st Floor)
English-speaking staff will help you with your rental booking.
Once you get your 2 barcodes (1 for gear rental, 1 for lift pass), go to the Ticket Office.
โถ Where is the ticket office? โ
Situated right outside of Dragon Plaza, present the barcodes and receive your lift pass
and a voucher for renting equipment, including shoes and a ski/board to retrieve at the rental office.
Important
You need to redeem your ski pass on your starting day of ski.
Or else you will lose a day.
โถ Where is the rental office? โ
When you enter Dragon Plaza the rental office is located right on the left.
On the voucher that you receive, please write down your height (cm) and shoe size (mm).
There will be a size chart available for shoes.
Once you filled it out, head to the counter to get your gear and a card with a number,
in exchange for your ID or credit card.
You will get your belongings back after returning the gear on your last package day at the rental office.
โถ Where to rent a Helmet? โ
Please visit the shop located outside of Dragon Plaza, next to the ticket office.
Keep in mind that helmet rental require an additional coast as is is not
covered by the ski gear package.
