Herb Nara Farm

Herb Nara Farm is Korea's first herb theme tourism farm that opened in 1993.
Located in the natural environment of Heungjeong Valley with clear water, many people visit it as the best nature-friendly healing garden provided by nature and cultivated by humans.

Samyang Ranch

Samyang Ranch is the largest ranch in the East located in a high mountain area without pollution, 850~1470m above sea level.
Freely grazing animals on 6 million pyeong of green meadows and towering wind generators on hillsides.
It is the largest eco-friendly energy source in Korea using natural wind.

In 1960, the late Chairman Jeon Jong-Yoon of Samyang Food, who made the first ramen and solved the hunger of the people said:

Mui Art Museum

A venue for famous artists' work was set up at Mui Elementary School in Bongpyeong, Pyeongchang-gun, the hometown of Lee Hyo-seok, the master of modern literature, and the actual background of his representative work "When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom."
Artists such as Jeong Yeon-seo (Western painter), calligrapher Lee Chun-seop, sculptor Oh Sang-wook, and ceramic artist Kwon Soon-beom gathered at Mui Elementary School, which produced 700 graduates, and opened on April 18, 2001.
The Mui Museum of Art is famous for its renovation of the closed school.

Odaesan Woljeongsa Temple Fir Tree Forest Road

It is a 1km forest road from Iljumun Gate of Woljeongsa Temple in Odaesan Mountain to Geumganggyo Bridge
The forest path, which has more than 1,700 fir trees stretched high in the sky,
is a tourist attraction representing Woljeongsa Temple, a thousand-year-old temple.
The forest path, where the scent of the trees clears the body and mind, it's always beautiful,
but in winter, when the white snow falls on the branches it's even more wonderful.
The fir tree forest path at Woljeongsa Temple in Odaesan Mountain is also well known as the filming location of the drama Dokkaebi.
The scene where the Dokkaebi (played by Gong Yoo) and the Dokkaebi bride (played by Kim Go-eun) confirm their love was filmed here.


It is said that at the beginning of the forest path nine fir trees was planted in front of Woljeongsa Temple about 1,000 years ago.
Fir trees have been commonly planted since ancient times, because they grow straight and fast and serve as fire prevention.
Woljeongsa Temple, located at the end of the forest road, is a historic temple with a history of 1400 years.
Sansa Temple, which is set in a dense mountain, has a number of national treasures and treasures, including the octagonal nine-story stone pagoda of Woljeongsa Temple in Pyeongchang.
